PROJECT: CLEAN WATER

THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATIONS!! this project is now complete and we have built a Bore Well, providing much needed clean fresh water. This prevents the villagers travelling each day just to get water to drink for themselves and their families.

Back in 2006 we raised funds to build a Bore Well, now that well needs to be dug further to provide fresh clean drinking water for the village.

PROJECT: BLANKETS

£300 +

The winter months are very cold for the villagers, with temperatures dropping. We raised £300 to provide 100 blankets for the villagers. They were very well received! In fact the next day, many more people queued up to our volunteer center requesting more - which is why we need your help for a further 100 blankets. Further donations will allow us to give even more, as there are surrounding villages with more vulnerable people needing these.

PROJECT: MEDICAL, HEALING, VOLUNTARY CENTRE

THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATIONS! In 2007, we built a Medical, Healing & Volunteer Centre which is the core base of operations for this charity in this village. This is essential for us to carry out the necessary work on site, provide a space for Volunteers and for the Doctor to work from, providing medicines to the villagers. Once a month we also use this centre to provide food for the poorest of the villagers.

Medical camp set up

Open once a month with doctor coming

We are seeking regular donations to help us provide medical supplies and this service to the village. This prevents unnecessary deaths from illnesses that can be cured with modern medicines.
